"Low-density housing is offered in Birla Ojasvi in Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore, where residents are guaranteed plenty of privacy and space. This proposal, which consists of three buildings and only 630 units, avoids the feeling of crowding that many huge apartment complexes experience. Living in a community where space is a design element rather than a luxury is refreshing to someone who values peace of mind. In addition, the design provides more green space, reduced traffic in common utilities, and a harmonious community dynamic—all of which are difficult to come across in contemporary urban living."
